TERM & CONDITIONS
Parking is free of cost at owner’s risk.
Transport is not included in the package, However We can help in organizing transport by connecting you to transporters known to us.
We serve & cook food in RO water.
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage in the premises.
Accompanying drivers/transport staff will be provided separate relaxing space & will be provided Food.
Lockers and costume facilities are available at an additional cost.
If rented costumes are not returned, actual cost will be charged as a penalty.
We do not allow stag entry. We permit entry only to families, groups through school, colleges, corporate entities and Associations.
We do not permit consumption of alcoholic drinks. It is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Guests are not permitted to drive tractors or carts or any machinery anyone attempting to do so will be liable for damages or consequences as a result of the same.
Please do not point Air guns, Arrows, Gulel’s or Darts at each other or at animals. In case of any mis-happening Concerned Guest will be held Responsible.
Guests are not permitted to pluck flowers, leaves & fruits grown in the Park.
While doing activities or rides our attendants will be at the Activity point, we request that their instructions to be followed.
We try to provide all the Fooding Items & Activities mentioned in the above Package, If due to any unavoidable circumstances / Reason, any activity is not operational or any Fooding Item is not available we request your good self to cooperate with us.
We don’t allow outside food in the Park.
In case of any technical issue, management reserves the right to close any ride temporarily for safety reasons.
Height and weight criteria must be followed as per safety norms of each ride.
If your health could be at risk for any reason, do NOT ride. Management will not be responsible.
Expectant mothers, individuals with heart problems, blood pressure, nervous disorders, and neck/head injuries should not use the rides.
Management reserves the right to deny admission or ask anyone to leave for not following rules and regulations.
